Footprints in the Sand

Last week, Em and I went on a road-trip to the beach with CC and Poppy.  She actually loved the sand.  We all had a blast and her first beach trip was a success.  And she now has two teeth, finally! Here is a little bit of what we did.

We went to Uncle Jimmy's and Aunt Cynthia's on Memorial Day.  

We miss you so much Cynthia.  You were an amazing person and you are loved by so many people.  Can't wait to see you again in Heaven one day. Love you

First Easter Egg Hunt!

Watched Kyle play lacrosse for the first time this past saturday then we went to cousin Layla's house for Emery's first easter egg hunt on sunday.  Here are some pictures from the weekend.

Road Trip!

It finally was spring break and Emery and I went to Biloxi and New Orleans with CiCi and Poppy. We had a wonderful time and it was the first trip with the whole family. While in Biloxi, we stayed at the hard rock and had so much fun! We then left the next morning and headed to New Orleans. Of course, we had a blast and shopped way too much at Urban Outfitters. Emery loved walking around and looking at all the people and artwork. A man even played the trumpet to her while we were waiting in line outside cafe du monde. We then went to the riverwalk and strolled by the water and finally packed up and came back home. It was a short trip but it was such a great time with the little peanut.
